Reagents for Sensor Chip NTA, used for his capture in his-tagged molecules in biomolecular interaction analysis. Maximum convenience for his capture in Biacore systems. Provides ready-to-use solutions for use with sensor chip NTA. Use Capture of histidine-tagged molecules using sensor chip NTA requires loading of the surface with nickel ions. After analyte injection the sample cycle is finished by regeneration of the surface, which removes the captured molecule. For these purposes, NTA reagent kit contains ready-to-use nickel solution and regeneration solution. Kit contents 0.5 mM NiCl2, 50 mL 350 mM EDTA,100 mL
