De-epithelialise adjacent soft-tissue margins before applying Geistlich Mucograft® Seal, thus promoting soft-tissue cell migration into the matrix. Position the compact structure facing outwards and the spongy structure towards the extraction socket. Suture using non-resorbable sutures, not glue.
