【Intended use】
Death of tumor cells will release its DNA fragments into the blood, the blood of the cell-free circulating DNA can also be through the kidney filter into the urine.
The kit used a double column to extract cell-free circulating DNA from 200 ml of urine, or 10 ml of plasma.
The method is fast and simple, and does not need to contact with a strong organic solvents (phenol and chloroform), the operation can be completed in a short time.
【Product performance】
Sample volume: 200 ml urine, or 10 ml plasma.
DNA purity: used directly for nucleic acid amplification.
DNA size: mainly in the range of 100 to 500 bp, and large fragments of DNA from cell residues will remain on the membrane.
DNA recovery: ≥ 90% in the range of 100 ~ 500bp.
Column capacity: 20 μg.
【Principle】
The double column comprises a DEAE membrane used as a concentrator and a silica film used as a purifier.
【Advantages】
1. Particularly suitable for volume samples, such as 200ml urine.
2.High DNA recovery rate (150 ~ 250bp).
3.Directly applied to downstream detection, such as PAP and PCR.
