TYPES From micro vessel clips to standard hemostatic forceps: We offer a lot of different models. Depending on the model, the jaws are either cross-serrated, fine serrated, or atraumatic. Some vessel clamps are also available with diamond coated jaws – for a better grip on the vessel. APPLYING FORCEPS Choose the suitable applying forceps– for a proper application of different vessel clips and clamps. SIGNIFICANCE The vessel clamps are the most recent product line of Georg Alber GmbH & Co. KG. All clamps are made for temporary use and must not be used as permanent implants. MATERIAL AND SURFACE FINISH Our vessel clamps are either available in stainless steel or titanium. Stainless steel is a well-established raw material. If it is correctly treated, it will guarantee a long life of the instrument. The standard surface of our stainless steel models is brushed mat. Instruments made from titanium are approximately 50% lighter compared to the stainless steel types. In addition, they are also nonmagnetic. The standard surface finish of this product line is blue anodized. Upon customer request, there are also other finishes possible.
