Ergonomics and technology
Givas offers the 4-section Theorema bed, with hydraulic adjustable height through a control pedal placed on the foot side, to respect the safety of the operators; this also allows that:
• the footboard of the bed is used as a support for movement (use in conformity with Law 626/94 - Legislative Decree 81/2008);
• the pedal does not interfere with any cannulae & drains attached to the side;
• the lifter can be easily used to move the patient;
• the stretchers and/or wheelchairs are brought to the side of the bed, and the movement and height adjustment can be done without going around the bed;
• Release the pump by lifting the pedal with your foot, the descent of the bed has a constant speed, even without the weight of the patient.
The intermediate frame, connected to the base through a system of compass levers, allows the movement of a perfectly vertical ascent, the Trendelenburg and reverse-Trendelenburg. The movement of the backrest and femoral sections takes place by gas springs and double levers located on the two sides of the bed, or through a screw / crank with control positioned under the footboard; the pelvis section is fixed, while the leg section is adjustable through a double 6-position semi-automatic rack.
At the base there are two covers made of ABS to protect the wheel and brake controls. The bed is supplied as standard with galvanized steel mesh lying surface and must be completed with wheels, headboards / footboards, side rails and any accessories.
