Animal waste covers a variaty of different waste types from animal cadaver to food waste or farming waste. As most of animal waste includes exclusively biological compounds, the exhaust gases include far less hazardous compounds, which get created when plastic combounds are incinerated. Therefore, we created two specialized product lines ECO K and ECO T for exclusively biological waste types including animal and agricultural waste. In comparison to the ECO incinerotrs, ECO K & and ECO T incinerators have simplified filtration systems tailored to biological waste types. We attach great importance to ensure that our technology meets the latest standards. Therefore, the temperature in the primary and secondary incineration chambers can be adjusted to the waste type and its special characteristics, to guarantee perfect destruction of all compounds. Moreover, our automatic loading device and controller allow a completely automated working cycle to protect the operating workers and increase the efficiency of the plant. In case of the ECO T incinerator, biological waste is directly burned on the floor of the primary chamber, whereas the waste is placed on a grid in the ECO K models. Both models are either equipped with a three ore one stage filtration system. We offer a wide range of productive capacities with our incinerators ECO. Smaller scaled solutions up to 1000 kg/h are realized with a single incineration module in different sizes, while bigger scaled solutions are achieved by a parallel interconnection of our ECO 1000 incineration modules. The general specs are the same for the whole product line.
