Femoral diaphyseal restrictor AIRPLUG™

AIRPLUG™ diaphyseal restrictors are used to limit the acrylic cement flow into the diaphyseal canal and facilitate its pressurisation. They are bioresorbable. DESCRIPTION Through a set of staggered vents, the air compression risks and medullary tissues are reduced. The specific AIRPLUG™ shape and composition can be adapted to diaphyseal canal irregularities. Single-use instrumentation enables calibration of the diaphyseal canal and placement of the restrictor and reduces cross-contamination risks.
