Magnetic rack MR216is used for preliminary magnetic beads purification of biological samples, such as Protein, Nucleic acid or cell-lines. General Process: • First, mix magnetic beads and sample in a tube • The magnetic beads will bind to the target within 10 seconds • Place the tube/s into the Magnetic Rack • The beads along with the bound target will cling magnetically to the side of the tube wall • The remaining supernatant can be removed to obtain the purified target. FEATURES • Provides effective separation for up to 16 samples per run. • Comes with adapter ring, making it suitable for holding 1.5 ml tubes from different manufacturers. • Stable performance at a wide temperature range (-20℃-80℃). • Fast Separation: Magnetic beads separation within 10 seconds. • Magnets are positioned at an angle of 10° for optimal contact with the tube cone, thereby providing faster separation. • With detachable magnet holder for easy resuspension. • Capable of simultaneous magnetic bead separation: Can handle 16 tubes simultaneously. • Suitable purification methodology for biological samples. • Compact, light-weight and made from durable materials.
