The Magigen Taq DNA polymerase is one of the most common enzyme used for PCR amplification, starting to react around 30s to 4min. Taq Polymerase is the industry standard for routine PCR.
Introduction
The Taq 1.0 DNA Polymerase with 5'-3' DNA polymerase activity and 5'-3' exonuclease activity specific to double-stranded DNA; and without 3'-5' exonuclease activity. The PCR product that amplified with this product has an "A" base attached to the 3' end, which can be directly used for TA cloning
Product Features
♦ When reached 95°C for 30s, the Taq enzyme activity would be fully activated.
♦ Extremely high specificity and amplification sensitivity.
♦ Excellent compatibility with a wide range of PCR/qPCR systems.
Product Performances
Set different sample models to compare the amplification performance of Megigen Taq 1.0, Taq 2.0 and competing products L and M. The reaction conditions are referred to the respective product instructions. The results show that Megigen's Taq has relevent amplification performance with others.
