Description

The enzyme is a chemically modified Taq DNA polymerase without amplification activity below 55 °C. Its 5'-3' DNA polymerase activated after 10 min heating at 95 °C, while the product itself carries double-stranded DNA-specific 5'-3' exonuclease activity; no 3'-5' exonuclease activity. The 3' end of the PCR product amplified with this product is attached with an "A" base, which can be used directly for TA cloning. Introduction The Taq 1.0 DNA Polymerase with 5'-3' DNA polymerase activity and 5'-3' exonuclease activity specific to double-stranded DNA; and without 3'-5' exonuclease activity.
