This combination pH electrode is especially made for measurements in very small volumes, such as microtiter plates, by requiring an immersion depth of only 7 mm! It is also ideally suited for solutions containing protein, as Protelyte electrolyte that prevents clogging of the diaphragm.
Benefits
Ideally suited for solutions containing protein as Protelyte prevents clogging of the diaphragm
3 mm shaft below for measurements in very small volumes (e.g. microtiter plates)
Immersion depth of only 7 mm required
Refillable
Serial number, certificate
The BioTrode pH sensor was designed for small volume applications (e.g. mirotitre plates) as the 3 mm shaft requires only a 7 mm immersion depth. The sensor shows quick responses, even in low conductivity media and is suitable for protein solutions.
The Protelyte electrolyte ensures the long-term stability of the sensor by preventing clogging of the diaphragm.
