The Exclusive Cycle Program for Retort Product Retort Products require a special sterilizing condition as compared with the general case and so this sterilizer adopted the exclusive liquid and retort cycle program with dual temperature sensor(chamber and liquid sensor) which controls sterilization temperature(121℃) and exhaust temperature(80.0℃) of the liquid contained bottle and retort pouch. This special cycle enables to prevent the liquid and retort pouch load from boiling over or bursting.
