QuikPrep® SpinColumns™ are designed for the purification of small samples (10 µl to 150 µl) in either single column or high-throughput 96-well format. Our SpinColumns are pre-filled with a wide selection of matrices for gel-filtration, ion-exchange, normal phase and reverse phase chromatography, as well as specific materials such as charcoal or cellulose. The columns can also be provided empty or pre-filled with custom materials you request. Simply place the SpinColumn in a centrifuge tube and centrifuge the tube briefly to separate your sample. The column material binds and purifies the sample according to size and shape, chemical composition, charge or other physiochemical properties.
