Directional seated valves have zero leakage. Depending on the valve type, actuation is electromagnetic, pressure-actuated, mechanical or manual. The range includes seated valves and valve combinations. Directional spool valves are also a type of directional valve. They control the direction of movement and the velocity of single and double-acting hydraulic consumers. The range includes on/off directional spool valves, proportional directional spool valves and valve combinations. The SLC1 chained valves are a combined design consisting of seated valves and dual check valves. They can be used to hold hydraulic actuators in position for long periods of time.
