【Product name】Mycoplasma pneumoniae nucleic acid detection kit(PCR-Fluorescent probe method) 【Intended use】 This kit is used for qualitative detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) nucleic acid in pharyngeal swab samples. MP has a slow onset, with symptoms of sore throat, headache, fever, fatigue, muscle aches, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms in the early stages of onset. Fever is generally moderate, and obvious respiratory symptoms appear after 2 to 3 days, prominently paroxysmal irritating cough, mainly at night, cough a small amount of mucus or mucus purulent sputum, sometimes bloody sputum, it may also cause difficulty breathing, chest pain. The test object of this kit is the oropharyngeal swab samples of patients with the above symptoms. MP is the smallest pathogenic microorganism known to live independently between bacteria and viruses. The p1 gene is the most widely studied gene in MP, and its size is about 4900 bases. According to p1 gene sequence differences, MP is divided into type 1 and type 2 strains. This kit is suitable for the auxiliary diagnosis of MP infection. The results are for clinical reference only, and the results cannot be used alone as the basis for confirming or excluding cases.
