Description

【Intended use】 This kit is suitable for qualitative detection of respiratory syncytial virus, influenza A virus, influenza B virus and adenovirus in human nasopharyngeal swab samples. The test results are for clinical reference only, it cannot be used alone as the basis for confirming or excluding cases. The performance characteristics for the detection of influenza A virus were established during the epidemic season of influenza A virus with influenza A / H3 and A / H1 subtypes. When other subtypes of influenza A virus appear, their performance characteristics may be different. Based on the current clinical testing and pandemic virus screening standards recommended by the public health administration, if suspect infections caused by new influenza viruses, samples should be collected with appropriate preventive measures against new influenza viruses and sent to national or local health authorities department for testing. Do not cultivate these virus samples by yourself, unless there are laboratories with BSL3 + or higher to receive and cultivate the samples. 1.Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) RSV is a single-stranded negative-strand RNA virus, which is one of the main pathogens causing acute respiratory infections in infants and young children. The natural immunity is incomplete produced after infection, and repeated infections are common in all ages.
