Description

Titanium base for Dentsply® – Astra Tech® EV ™ implants. Use the titanium base for occlusal screw-retained crowns. You can choose between different chimney heights, depending on the patient situation. You can also choose whether you choose the titanium base with or without an index. Titanium bases without rotation protection are intended for bar and bridge constructions. The titanium bases are made of a titanium alloy, which guarantees excellent biocompatibility and high strength. Heliocos titanium bases have an excellent fatigue strength, which means that a long-lasting restoration is achieved. That is why we give a 30-year manufacturer guarantee on the Heliocos titanium bases. Use the Scanbody for Astra Tech® EV ™ from Heliocos to take full advantage of the CAD / CAM process chain. You receive the titanium bases with a definitive abutment screw. The abutment screw is also made from a titanium alloy. You can continue to use your original instruments or instruments from Heliocos (hex screwdriver). Titanium base and abutment screw are delivered as a set. Prepare the parts before use. Please refer to the Heliocos instructions in the instructions for use (Heliocos Downloads).
