The design of our tables has been studied to guarantee a tailor-made experience, in order to adapt to customer requests. The 11TT21141 (Short Trimming Table) consists of a top entirely in stainless-steel AISI 304 and a central pedestal which, in addition to supporting the top, contains the ducts of the ventilation system, in order to extract toxic fumes during processing. Thanks to its size, it is the ideal product for small animals. The DOWN-DRAFT system has been designed to ensure the extraction of fumes of the entire work surface. Through the grilled panels, the fumes are directed into the intake duct located inside the central pedestal.
