HIPP arthroscopes are made of pure stainless steel and are laser welded—thus the absence of glued joints—to make them durable and highly resistant to corrosion. The distal and proximal lenses are made from sapphire that makes them resistant to scratches. The lenses are fully autoclavable (134°C/273°F) and are able to give wide-angle perspective images with large field of view. HIPP arthroscopes feature a high-resolution imaging system that uses state-of-the-art technology to produce superb picture quality. They come in different sizes from 69 mm to 175 mm in length with DOV angles of either 30°, 45°, 70°.
