Description

The ada chlorine test kit is used to determine the activity of Adenosine deaminase (ADA) in human serum or plasma. Adenosine deaminase is a sensitive index reflecting liver injury, and it can be used as one of the routine examinations of liver function to judge acute liver injury and residual disease, assist diagnosis of chronic liver disease, and contribute to the diagnosis of liver fibrosis. Testing Principle of Adenosine Deaminase (ADA) Reagent Test The adenosine deaminase in the sample enzymatically degrades adenosine to produce inosine. Inosine converts to hypoxanthine, through the action of purine nucleoside phosphorylase (PNP), and hypoxanthine in xanthine oxidase (XOD) Oxidized to produce uric acid and hydrogen peroxide. Under the action of peroxidase (POD), hydrogen peroxide and N-ethyl-N-(2-hydroxy-3-sulfopropyl)-3-methyl aniline (EHSPT), 4-amino and imipramine Lin (4-AAP) reacts to form colored quinones which are proportional to the rate of increase in absorbance of colored quinones and samples of ADA levels. Using a specific protein analyzer to measure the rate of increase in absorbance of colored quinones, the concentration of ADA is determined by comparing the turbidity of samples to the standard concentration. Basic Parameters of Adenosine Deaminase (ADA) Chlorine Test Kit Packing: 25 Tests/ Kit Box Size: 17*10*8cm Storage: 2-8℃ Shelf life: 1 year
