Operators can work safely and smoothly without approaching their hands to the chamber opening when opening / closing the lid. Electro-mechanical lid lock system Ⅱ Inside the body there are several high rigid sliders which interlock in the circumferential direction. The electro-mechanical lid lock system Ⅱ employs the automatic slide lock method that is able to securely lock the lid by engaging the sliders with the guides provided around the lid. Dual interlock mechanism The lid is locked by dually detecting the chamber pressure and chamber temperature during operation. The lock state is maintained even if an operation is manually interrupted. Lock release temperature setting The lid lock release temperature can be set for every mode and memory number within the the range of 60℃ to 97℃. Forced cooling unit After sterilization, the chamber pressure is lowered by cooling with a fan to shorten the time to unloading. Dual detection system for residual air The residual air which may cause sterilization failure is dually detected to always maintain the appropriate sterilization conditions for loads. ※The residual air is detected at the process before pressurization (during operation of an air removal timer) and at the process of pressurization air exhaust.
