The ATP1000 is a linear, bench-top, compact Automatic Tissue Processor designed with the latest technology for complete dehydration and paraffin infiltration of biological samples.
Equipped with 14 stations for simultaneous processing of 2 baskets with separately programmable protocols.
The easy-to-read LCD display shows working parameters such as the number of sample baskets processed, the immersion time in each tray, the name of each reagent, the total duration and the end time of the cycle. Each of the programmes can be customised and run with immediate or delayed start.
The reagent and paraffin containers are closed by a steel lid sealed by a silicone gasket, and the working area is also closed by a Plexiglas lid to prevent vapours from escaping. The tank lids close automatically when the basket passes through.
The instrument is equipped with an active charcoal filter that allows it to work safely outside the hood, thus preventing odours and air contamination in the laboratory.
The working temperature is regulated by an electronic thermostat with microprocessor. The operator can set the different programmes at will, depending on the type of sample.
It is possible to allocate bio cassettes in the three levels of the basket according to the quantity of samples to be processed, allowing customisation of the workflow.
