Pressure foot is classified into positive pressure foot and negative pressure foot. Negative pressure foot can attract and press heart and make position of impulsion heart target coronary artery more stable by a certain amount of negative pressure in negative pressure chest provided by attached negative pressure system of it; while positive foot has no negative pressure system, it simply positions and stabilize heart by mechanical pressure or friction.
