Treatment: Diamond coating Shank diameter: 3mm, 4mm, 6mm SURFACE TREATMENT The coating diamond nanocrystalline is achieved with an average crystal size<0.5 micro, and a coatingwidth of maximum 2 microns. This thin layer coating enables to get the diamond hardness and to keep the sharpness of the edges for an optimized cutting any a longer lifetime of the tools. We design all of our burs so that mechanical bending due to stresses from cutting forces is limited as much as possible and remains in the region of elastic deformation of the carbide.
