HUBI IL—6 test is a latéral flow immunoassay designed for the quantitative évaluation of human IL—6. The sample is loaded in the sample well. IL—6 of patient’ s binds to a first anti-IL-6 antibody conjugated to coloured nanobeads and then, biotinylated second anti—IL—6 antibody conjugates with IL—6. The IL-6-loaded nanobeads diffuse through the membrane and overflow the test line (T line). There is a streptavidin specific for biotin coated on membrane. So colored nanobeads are bound specifically and become visible as a coloured line. Colour intensity is directly proportional to the concentration of IL—6 in the sample and intensives during incubation time.
