Universal Transport Cart The single-walled trolley is made of high-quality stainless steel in a robust, self-supporting, steam-diffusion tight, fully welded design. Both the interior and outer housing are hermetically sealed, seamless, and jointless. It features two double-walled hinged doors that open approximately 270° on the long side. These doors have robust stainless steel hinges and a 2-point lock for secure closure during transport. The left door includes a stop bead for optimal dust protection. An extension keeps the door open during loading without extra hand or foot operation. Inside, a wire shelf tilts and adjusts tool-free, horizontal for sterile and chemist's supplies, vertical as a safeguard for laundry or waste bags. The grating stores vertically at the rear when using rack frames. Four vertical push bars aid maneuvering even with open doors. The dimensionally stable chassis, suited for automatic transport, includes a robust bumper strip effective even with open doors. Non-corroding casters make it suitable for automated cleaning, ensuring consistent cleaning and drying with no water ingress or carry-over. The trolley has 2 swivel casters with total lock and 2 fixed casters, securely fastened with screw-on plates.
