The interior and the outer housing are produced with a hermetically sealed finish, formed seamless, jointless and without undercut contours. The transport trolley is loaded on the long side via two double-walled double-wing doors that can be opened at an angle of 270°. The automatically-latching doors are attached to robust stainless steel hinges mounted on vertical push bars. A door lock in the form of a vertical locking bar that is permanently connected to the door, in combination with extensions to block the door lower edges, keep the doors safely closed during transport. In the closed state, the doors are protected within the trolley structure. The left door is additionally fitted with a stop bead, so together with the trolley profiling and the extra hygienic and easy to clean lip seals, optimum dust protection for the items to be transported is guaranteed. Extensions also serve to keep the doors open during loading, so no additional elements to be operated by a hand or foot are required. Rear wall with triple rolled bead for stiffening and sound insulation. Loading is performed using separate, movable rack frames that are loaded in turn with sterile supplies containers or baskets.
