The Giardia lamblia- Cryptosporidium-Rotavirus-Coronvirus Antigen Combo Test is a rapid diagnostic tool for detecting Giardia bovine antigen, Cryptosporidium bovine antigen, bovine rotavirus antigen, and bovine coronavirus antigen.
Symptoms of young cattle infected with Giardia bovis, Cryptosporidium bovis, bovine rotavirus, and bovine coronvirus are similar, which can cause and dehydration in sick cattle. This product uses immunochromatographic experiments on cow feces or vomit samples to quickly detect whether young cows are infected with the four diseases.
Benefits
1. One-step whole blood, serum and plasma testing.
2. Simple operation, non-professional on-site inspection.
4. The test time is less than or equal to 10 seconds, and it can detect 270 samples per hour at the fastest.
5. The detection equipment is compact, easy to carry, mobile terminal operation, cloud platform quality control.
6. The detection sensitivity is high, comparable to that of enzyme-labeled kits.

Principle
The Rapid test kit was used to detect GIA/CRYPTO/ROTA/BCV antigens. After the diluted sample is added to the sample hole of the test paper card, the antigen is specifically bound to the colloidal gold-labeled antigen GIA, CRYPTO, ROTA or BCV monoclonal antibody. The formed complex moves along the chromatographic film and is captured prewrapped by corresponding monoclonal antibodies on the chromatographic film, forming a wine wine detection line at the jam. If no GIA, CRYPTO, ROTA or BCV antigen exists in the sample, no visible line is formed at the T position.
