The Diagnosis of echinococcus granulosus for ovine is a rapid test for the detection of antibodies to Echinococcus Granulosus (EGR) in sheep’s serum or plasma specimen. Assay Time: 10 minutes Specimen: serum, or plasma specimen.
Introduction
Ovine echinococcus granulosus is a zoonotic disease with a wide distribution, high morbidity and mortality, which can bring huge losses to the sheep industry. This disease mainly affects sheep under 2 years of age. Sick sheep have decreased appetite and slow response. It is caused by parasites and requires surgical removal. To prevant sheep brain hydatid disease, it is necessary to reduce the breeding of dogs as much as possible, because the final host of ovine echinococcus granulosus is dogs. For shepherd, worms should be regularly dewormed.
Benefits
1. One-step whole blood, serum and plasma testing.
2. Simple operation, non-professional on-site inspection.
4. The test time is less than or equal to 10 seconds, and it can detect 270 samples per hour at the fastest.
5. The detection equipment is compact, easy to carry, mobile terminal operation, cloud platform quality control.
6. The detection sensitivity is high, comparable to that of enzyme-labeled kits.
