FoodPack Basic is the entry level model of ILPRA traysealers. Super compact and easy to use, it makes modified atmosphere, vacuum and simple sealing packaging accessible. Particularly effective for small productions, it is suitable for packaging food products such as pasta, meat, fish, and ready meals in trays. FoodPack Basic is also available in its Roto Basic version with rotary table: this model allows loading/unloading of packed trays to be performed on one station while sealing/cutting operations take place on the other, increasing the yield of your production. FoodPack Basic is also available in an E-Mec version. DETAILS Touch Screen Panel All working parameters can be set from the touch screen control panel. In addition, several recipes can be stored for quick use by the operator. Quick mould change Easy removal of the mould allows the size to be changed quickly and without the use of any tools. Automatic unwinder and rewinder It automatically unwinds the right amount of film under the sealing area and rewinds the scraps after the sealing/cutting operation. The system is electronically operated. Optionally, this unit can be equipped with a “centered print” system if a very specific image of the film needs to be centered with respect to the tray. The system allows working with both printed film and neutral film. Ultra Compact All machine components, including the motor, are enclosed in a compact, space-saving frame that can be easily placed on any work surface.
