The INOGene-Triple Respiratory Panel RT-qPCR Detection kit allows for RT-qPCR analysis of the samples obtained by Nasopharyngeal and Oropharyngeal swabs. RNA extraction from VTM can be accomplished using any commercial extraction kit. The kit detects these three respiratory pathogens qualitatively using RT-qPCR. It is also developed as a multiplex RT-qPCR detection kit, with the following fluorophores included: FAM, CY5, HEX, and TEXAS RED, which are utilized to examine all three Respiratory pathogen viruses and one internal control. The kit comes in packages of 25 and 50 reactions and includes Reaction mix, Primer probe mix, negative control, and positive control.
