MAGICLIGHT® is an expandable seating system in four standard sizes for children who find it difficult to assume or maintain a sitting position. It is fitted with a dynamic, adjustable back rest that absorbs the child's energy during sudden stretching movements. It can be combined with all interco undercarriages. The seat and back unit are fitted with anatomical basic padding as well as good side guides for upper body, pelvis and legs. The lateral chest supports can be adjusted variably in height and width and can be adapted to the patient's needs. The width of the adduction guides can be adjusted to achieve optimum lateral guidance. In addition, the seat has a variable leg abduction. The leg width can also be adjusted variably. The standardized basic components of MAGICLIGHT® can be supplemented with a wide range of functional accessories for further customization. The MAGICLIGHT® seat back unit is connected via physiological pivots. This allows the back rest to move dynamically and it can be easily locked if required. The child's energy is absorbed by the yielding back rest during sudden stretching. The child is returned to the upright position after stretching.
