The Closed Shielding Box (CSB) is an EMI/RFI shielding enclosure (Faraday Cage) used in MRI installations. It is realized with modular RF-shielding panels and offers advanced shielding capabilities for different end user’s needs.
The CSB allows a state-of-the-art and proven quality of the RF shielding and noise suppression. By using a mix of predefined standard size and custom RF panels, made of aluminum and bolted in a rigid, self-standing, flexible to mount structure, the CSB can be adapted to all sizes of the MRI room.
Optional shielding layers can be added to the enclosure to provide magnetic shielding and increased acoustic shielding.
Interior finishing panels and accessories complete the functional features of the CSB with aesthetic and relaxing appearance for the comfort of patient and operator.
