Description
Artificial insemination (AI) in swine production is an efficient method to achieve good fertility results. Fresh semen doses are collected and distributed regularly to ensure optimal capability of sperm. maXipig® activates fresh semen doses increasing semen resistance and improving both, fertility and prolificacy.
maXipig® is a patented boar semen light activation system, applying a specific pattern of red-LED based light in an air refrigerated chamber. After the treatment all boar semen sperm motility parameters increase, bringing fertility paremeters up.
