Anterior SMO Plate • The anterior SMO plate is used for the anterior approach of supramalleolar osteotomy. • Anterior approach provides the convenience for easier osteotomy of the supramalleolar. • The plate and the screw are fixed to hold the adjusted shape of the distal tibia after the osteotomy. • Reduced thickness for less irritation.
