The software Spectrophotometer drives the Prim'Light, Prim'Advanced SECOMAM, and Spectrawave S 1000 WPA spectrophotometers connected directly to the serial port of your computer. It allows you to: - Perform spectra in absorbance and transmission. - Take absorbance measurements at a fixed wavelength (possibility of simultaneous acquisition at 2 wavelengths for the WPA spectrophotometer). - Beer-Lambert law A = f(C), - Study of colored indicators A = f(pH), - Study of kinetics A = f(t). The user is guided according to the type of acquisition they want to perform for independent work. They have powerful tools to delve deeper into data processing: spreadsheet-grapher, modeling, calculations, parametric curves, lab report... **DATA PROCESSING: SPREADSHEET-GRAPHER** **Scientific spreadsheet** Creation of quantities, application of formulas based on these quantities. Formulas no longer refer to cells like A1 or B2 but to the values of the corresponding quantities. They are noted as t[1] or u[2]. Advantage: formulas retain a scientific meaning because the names of the quantities are readable.
