This pedant is mainly made of hanging arm, rotating arms , the gas-electric box, instrument trays, drawers etc. Rotating arm and gas-electric box can be rotated and locked within the 340 °. the rotation is flexible, and mechanical locking device reliable, mobile and flexible.
