Cell counting chamber is composed of Microscope slides and cover glass with special coating. It is designed for sperm counting and motility analysis, but can also be used for other cells. The sperm viscous samples can easily inserted in the chamber and distributed evenly with capillary action. The counting chambers are with different formats to accommodate user´s needs. The height and thickness of the coating is specially controlled to form in a monolayer so that the motility can be assessed and counts are made easily.
