Hydrophilic adhesive slides carry more positive charges that prevent tissue from falling off slides when performing high temperature antigen retrieval or enzyme digestion. It is ideal for the tissues require strong adhesion. Hydrophilic surface helps the water-based reagent to cover the sections evenly, which improve staining, reduce false negative and the background staining.
