This kit is suitable for in vitro qualitative detection of Coxsackie virus A6, A10 nucleic acids in throat swabs and herpes fluid samples of patients with Hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD), and provides an auxiliary means for the diagnosis of these patients. HFMD is an infectious disease caused by Enterovirus, and studies have found that Coxsackie virus A6 and A10 are associated with sporadic and explosive events of HFMD. The disease mostly occurs in children under 5 years old, and can cause herpes on the hands, feet, mouth and other parts. A few children may cause complications such as myocarditis, pulmonary edema, aseptic meningoencephalitis, etc.
