HFMD is an infectious disease caused by Enterovirus, and studies have found that Coxsackie virus A6 and A10 are associated with sporadic and explosive events of HFMD. The disease mostly occurs in children under 5 years old, and can cause herpes on the hands, feet, mouth and other parts. A few children may cause complications such as myocarditis, pulmonary edema, aseptic meningoencephalitis, etc.
