Short description
This kit is used for qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2, influenza A&B antigen, Respiratory Syncytium, adenovirus and mycoplasma pneumoniae in nasopharyngeal swab、oropharyngeal swaband nasal swab samples in vitro, and can be used for differential diagnosis of novel coronavirus infection, respiratory syncytial virus infection, adenovirus, mycoplasma pneumoniae and influenza A or B virus infection. The test results are only for clinical reference, and cannot be used as the only basis for diagnosis and treatment.
Epidemiology
Novel coronavirus (2019, COVID-19), referred to as "COVID-19", refers to pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) infection.
Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is a common cause of upper and lower respiratory tract infections, and it is also the main cause of bronchiolitis and pneumonia in infants.
Influenza, referred to as influenza for short, belongs to Orthomyxoviridae and is a segmented negative-strand RNA virus.
Adenovirus belongs to mammalian adenovirus genus, which is a double-stranded DNA virus without envelope.
Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) is the smallest prokaryotic cell-type microorganism with cell structure but no cell wall, which is between bacteria and viruses.
