The ProTect™ Covid-19 RT-qPCR test is a CE marked kit by JN Medsys that provides all necessary reagents for the accurate detection of the SARS-CoV-2 virus from respiratory specimens. Accurate detection of the SARS-CoV-2 virus The ProTect™ Covid-19 RT-qPCR 2.0 test is a nucleic acid test that identifies the RNA of the virus isolated from patient samples using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Known as the gold standard method, it provides high sensitivity and specificity to detect down to 5 copies of the virus. The test targets multiple genes on the virus to ensure accurate and specific detection of the SARS-CoV-2 virus now all in one reaction!
