The Vibratory Feeder is designed to feed capsules and tablets of various shapes, including flat, oblong, and oval. It comprises a hopper, vibratory chute, vibratory conveyor, and grooved feeding plate. This type of feeder is typically used for continuous motion Blister Packaging Machines, although it can also be installed on intermittent ones.
To begin the blister feeding process, tablets are transferred into the hopper. From there, they exit via the linear vibratory conveyor and fall into the disk vibratory conveyor, where they move in circles and flow down the grooves on the feeding plate. The tablets then fall vertically through the grooves and finally settle into the pockets.
