Description

MLPA® is a powerful and user-friendly application for the analysis of your Multiplex Ligation-dependent Probe Amplification data. MLPA® can analyse data from all common sequencing platforms. On our homepage pre-configured SALSA MLPA® kit descriptions are available which can be easily imported. For each MLPA® kit different analysis modes can be selected. MLPA® offers configurable control settings and relative peak area limits. For calculation it uses automatic peak assignment and data correction for probes with “tailing-off-effect”. If necessary manual peak assignments can be done afterwards. Warnings are displayed for undersized and oversized peak areas and heights, too low DNA quantity, incomplete denaturation and hybridisation and wrongly defined gender. All result data can be transferred to laboratory internal LIM Systems and / or issued as personalised patient reports. Compatible with data from all common MLPA® sequencing platforms Easy setup of MLPA® mix descriptions using pre-configured SALSA MLPA® kit descriptions (incl. settings and analysis modes) Different analysis modes for each MLPA® kit Configurable control settings and relative peak area limits Automatic peak assignment and data correction for probes with "tailing-off-effect"
