On the binding pad is another antibody b, fluorescently labeled with a nanomaterial, which also binds to fTIgE. fTIgE in the sample and antibody b form a combination and then chromatography. The complex reaches the T-line and binds to antibody a to form a sandwich structure. Under the excitation light, nano-material reflect fluorescence signal, and the strength of the signal is positively correlated with the concentration of fTIgE in the sample.
