Description

This product uses fluorescence immunochromatography to quantitatively detect the content of fPL in whole blood and serum/plasma. Basic principle: T and C lines are respectively marked on the nitrocellulose membrane, and the T line is coated with an antibody a that specifically recognizes the fPL antigen. The binding pad is sprayed with another fluorescent nanomaterial-labeled antibody b that can specifically recognize fPL. The fPL in the sample first combines with the nanomaterial-labeled antibody b to form a complex, which is then chromatographed upwards. The complex and the T-line antibody a The combination forms a sandwich structure. When the excitation light is irradiated, the nanomaterial emits a fluorescent signal, and the strength of the signal is positively correlated with the fPL concentration in the sample. Detailed 【Detection purpose】 Feline pancreatitis is an inflammatory infiltrating disease of the pancreas. Generally can be divided into acute pancreatitis and chronic pancreatitis. In acute pancreatitis, pancreatic neutrophil infiltration, pancreatic necrosis, fat necrosis around the pancreas, edema and injury can be seen. In chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic fibrosis and atrophy can be seen. Compared with acute pancreatitis, chronic pancreatitis is less harmful, but more frequent. When a cat suffers from pancreatitis, the pancreas is damaged, and the cat pancreas lipase content in the blood increases sharply. At present, pancreatic lipase is one of the most specific indicators for diagnosing cat pancreatitis.
