This product quantitatively detect the content of FPV antigen in feline feces by fluorescence immunochromatography assay. Basic principle: T and C lines are marked on the analyzing membrane, and the T line is coated with an antibody(A) that specifically recognizes the FPV antigen. The binding pad is sprayed with another fluorescent labeled antibody(B) that can also specifically recognize FPV antigen. The FPV antigen in the sample is firstly combined with the fluorescent labeled antibody(B) to form a complex, which is then chromatographed upward. The complex is combined with T-line antibody(A) to form a sandwich structure, when the excitation light is irradiated, the nanomaterial emits a fluorescent signal, and the strength of the signal is positively related to the FPV antigen concentration in the sample.
Detailed
【Testing significance】 feline Parvovirus (FPV) belongs to the parvoviridae parvovirus genus, which can cause severe feline infectious diseases. The general clinical manifestations are high fever, diarrhea, and vomiting. It has the characteristics of high mortality, strong infectivity and short duration, especially higher infection rates and mortality for young cats. Therefore, a reliable and effective test in method plays a positive guiding role in prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
