This product uses fluorescence immunochromatography to quantitatively detect the content of FCoV in cat feces. Basic principle: there are T and C lines on the nitrocellulose membrane, and the T-line is coated with antibody a which can specifically recognize FCoV antigen. Another fluorescent nanomaterial labeled antibody that can specifically recognize FCoV is sprayed on the binding pad. From B, the FCoV in the sample first combines with the antibody B labeled with the nanomaterial to form a complex. Then, the complex binds to the T-line antibody A to form a sandwich structure. When the excitation light is irradiated, the nano material emits a fluorescence signal, and the intensity of the signal is in positive phase with the concentration of FCoV.
Detailed
【Test Purpose】 Feline coronavirus (FCoV) belongs to the coronavirus family. It is cats infectious disease. Cat coronavirus is usually divided into two types, one is enterotype coronavirus, which causes diarrhea and fecal weakness. FCoV antigen can be detected in feces of cats infected with the disease. The other is the coronavirus that can cause infectious peritonitis in cats. Reliable and effective detection plays an active role in prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
