Our Body Trays are manufactured from either 304 or 316 Stainless steel, the Body Trays are bright polished, the welds are polished by hand to such a degree that they are almost invisible. The Trays come in a Generic three sizes of 600mm wide 660mm wide and 750mm wide. Larger sizes can be manufactured if required. Kenyon Trays come with a choice of with or without Drainhole. Kenyon Pressed Ribbed Tray. William Kenyon have recently invested in a spécial Tool made from a solid 3 Ton Steel Slab.This Slab has had the top précision machined to give us a Ribbed Profile. The Ribbed pressing will give us a beautifully formed set of raised Ribs and a Pressed Drain hole. This is idéal for the flow of liquids to the Drain section whilst allowing the separate raising of the items on the Tray. Perimeter edges will be folded and welded underneath with the Tray Runners set at any distance the customer requires.This will allowthe Kenyon Ribbed Tray to be used with any manufacturer Trolley. Ribbed Trays will be available in 304 or 316 Satin Finish Stainless Steel and in the following width dimensions. 560,660,750, and 1000mm x 2100mm Lengths.
