San-a-Key® Infection Control The KSI-1700 SX R keyboard features our distinctive, award-winning LinkSmart® cleaning button with optional San-a-Key®, providing a low profile, sealed key switch array that can be disinfected using EPA-approved germicidal wipes.  With one push of our LinkSmart® button, keys are locked to prevent the entry of errant data, providing the opportunity for the keyboard to be thoroughly disinfected with approved germicidal wipes.  Within a set user-defined "germ kill time," keys are re-engaged for resumption of normal input.  San-a-Key® software offers an onscreen, animated cleaning aid that helps keep our keyboard clean 24/7.
